Your right to challenge missing published information / Effective from 1 October 2026

Ask us to review missing information

A STAIRS review is available now if you believe CESSA HA holds information that should appear in the publication scheme but has not been made available.

STAIRS review ≠ ordinary complaint.

Missing information within the seven published classes can be challenged through a STAIRS review. Complaints about repairs or services follow the ordinary complaints process.

What to include

  • Your name and contact details.
  • The information you believe is missing.
  • Where you looked, if known.
  • Any accessibility assistance you need.

A tenant may identify a representative to act for them.

Contact CESSA HA

You can contact the Housing Association for help with information about your home and services.

Once the STAIRS review route is confirmed, its direct email and postal details will appear here.

If you remain dissatisfied

Following the internal STAIRS review, a tenant may take the matter directly to the Housing Ombudsman Service ↗. Our written review response should explain this right.

Need help finding the right document?

Scheme staff can help you reach the Association, and you can ask for information in an accessible format. A tenant does not have to navigate the website unaided.
